Qualification & Experience:
Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant -> Postgraduate degree in Statistics / Economics / Demography / Public health / Health informatics / Health management from UGC recognized institute / university with minimum 60% in aggregate (or equivalent grade). Two years’ experience in data handling/data analysis.Working knowledge of MS-Office and Statistical softwares (SAS, SPSS etc.) is desirable.
ICT System Consultant –> Full time MCA / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / university with minimum 60% in aggregate (or equivalent grade). Two years’ experience in handling ICT aspects of an implementation project/ monitoring & managing the ICT infrastructure for an IT project including database management, hosting servers, SAN, network, firewall etc.
Consultant – NUHM –> Post graduation or higher qualification in Public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine. MBBS desirable. Published work in the area of health systems or public health. Desirable - At least 3 years of post qualification work experience in Health Systems Research or in Planning or implementation.

B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized University or IIT or NIT. M.E. / M Tech or Diploma in Structural Engineering or in Construction Management will be considered as an additional qualification. Fifteen years experience in planning, tendering, execution and contract management of civil works including allied works for large sized/ multi storied building or hospitals projects. Experience of handing Central/State/UT Government civil construction projects/ health facilities related projects and knowledge ofworking with projects covered under CPWD/State PWD procedures would be preferred.
