Essential Qualifications:
(a) B. Sc or Diploma of 3 years full time duration in Computer Science and Engineering/IT or its equivalent or BCA or its equivalent (OR)
(b) Graduate in any discipline with one year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute.

Desirable Qualifications:
(a) One year Experience in working on Human Resource Management Automation Solutions.
(b) Working Knowledge of SQL and other database such as Access, MYSQL.
