Qualification & Experience:
For Direct Recruitment -> Graduation in any discipline with 24 years of post-qualification experience (OR) LLB/Post-Graduation in any discipline with 22 years of post-qualification experience (OR) Company Secretary/Two years full time MBA or PG Diploma in Management/LLM with 20 years of post-qualification experience (OR) Ph. D. with 18 years of post qualification experience. Half of the total experience should be in Administration/ HR/Finance/ Legal.
For Transfer (Absorption) / Deputation -> In case of Transfer (Absorption) of officers of the Central / State Govt./PSUs/ Autonomous bodies:- Holding analogous posts on regular basis (OR) having 2 years of regular service in the Pay Band (PB-4) 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700/-) (AND) possessing the qualification and experience prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
