Educational Qualifications:
(1) HSSLC with at least 50% marks or Graduate and above with Diploma in Elementary Education (Whateaver name known) with a duration of not less than 2 years form recognised university and approved by NCTE (OR) HSSLC with at least 50% marks or Gruade with 2 years D.Ed (Special Education) recognised by the RCI.
(2) Passed in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
(3) Working Knowledge of Mizo Language at least Middle School Standard.
(4) For Nepali / Gorkha Primary School the candidates should possess Nepali as one of the sublects either in HSLC or HSSCL level.
(5) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Physically Handicapped / OBC shall be allowed relaxation upto 5% in the qualifying Marks.
(2) Passed in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
(3) Working Knowledge of Mizo Language at least Middle School Standard.
